Meet Our Founder
Michelle
Michelle began her career in corporate finance as an analyst and cost manager, working with major military contractors and a small firm. She collaborated closely with executive teams on high-level analysis and reporting. However, her ultimate passion was real estate, leading her to transition into sales.

Michelle’s journey into real estate investing began in 2017 when she purchased her first duplex, utilizing a house-hacking strategy and initially focusing on long-term rentals. When a unit became available, she tested short-term rentals—and in its first month, it doubled the income of her long-term leases. She was hooked.

Encouraging her clients to explore short-term rentals, she quickly built a thriving business managing theirs after the sale. By 2021, Michelle fully transitioned into vacation rental management, leveraging her analytical background to scale her business and establish herself as one of Central Florida’s most trusted property managers.

Operations Team
We have a rotating team of dedicated Operations members who focus exclusively on communication with guests, guard gates, cleaners, vendors, and property owners. Our team handles repairs, guest solutions, emergency situations, and proactive planning to ensure smooth operations. We pride ourselves on quick responses and aim for the highest level of standardization, so all parties can know what to expect from us.

In an industry as dynamic and fast-paced as vacation rentals, consistency and efficiency are key. Our approach ensures that everyone informed, and valued throughout their experience. From handling last-minute repairs to organizing preemptive planning for high-demand seasons, we are committed to staying ahead of the curve. This level of coordination and communication keeps everyone aligned and ensures a positive experience for both guests and owners alike.




Revenue Management
We utilize advanced dynamic pricing software to optimize occupancy and revenue for your property. The system analyzes market trends, local events, demand, and competitor pricing to adjust rates daily, ensuring your property stays competitive.
Our team monitors the pricing software, too, comparing your listing’s performance at 3 different predictive markers in occupancy to the occupancy of your specific neighborhood (hyper-local). Given how quickly occupancy can change—sometimes week-to-week or season-to-season—they adjust rates and minimum stay requirements as needed. Promotions are also created to attract attention during slower periods.
